The rooms were reasonably large, the staff was competent. The good service and the attention to detail! Furthermore, free Wi-Fi throughout the property worked almost perfectly.

We enjoyed the serene oasis-like location of the hotel and the stunning views of the natural surroundings, including the volcano and lake. The spacious and comfortable rooms were impressive, as well as the well-maintained hotel facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay, and the breakfast was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at Arenal Vista Lodge! The location was perfect for accessing the Arenal National Park and hiking trails. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a separate dressing area. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even making a special plate for my son at breakfast every day. The view of the volcano and lake was breathtaking, and we loved spotting wildlife in the rainforest. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and adventurous stay.

We stayed at a hotel during Easter and enjoyed the stunning views of the volcano. The quiet, rural surroundings and the spacious rooms were the best aspects. The location was convenient, as it was close to the national park and adventure theme park. We also enjoyed the friendly staff and good food at the onsite restaurant.

Some aspects of the hotel were not up to our expectations. Communication with staff was challenging as we encountered language barriers.
